The doctor himself was first a Chiropractic patient. He was injured on the job at the age of 16. His well-meaning shop foreman suggested that he make an appointment with a local "CHOIR-practor." The young and naive Tony Wilbeck responded by saying that "his back hurts and he already had been trained how to "sing". The foreman proceeded to tell him that a Chiropractor is a "back doctor" and highly trained in the art of natural healing. The appointment was made with the office in South Hutchinson of Dr. T.H. Bell. Dr. Bell had just built a new office in 1972 located at 24 South Main Street (the very building which Dr. Wilbeck now practices from and has COMPLETELY re-modeled). Treatment was administered, relief and natural healing was rapidly accomplished. The young Wilbeck boy was highly impressed! He knows what it is like to be a patient in pain and to get natural, caring and competent HELP.
